Meta AI Automator User Guide

Use the current Meta AI queue workflow and verified recovery steps below.

1. Install and sign in

  1. Install Meta AI Automator and pin it in Chrome.
  2. Open Meta AI in Chrome and sign in.
  3. Open the extension side panel and complete Google sign-in for membership access.

2. Quick Start

  1. Open Meta AI and keep its tab available.
  2. Paste prompts or upload a CSV.
  3. Review the imported text, select Add to Queue, and confirm Current Queue.
  4. Select Run and leave the Meta AI tab open until the item completes.

Paste prompts as text

Separate simple prompts with a blank line. To preserve a multi-line scene as one item, put @@@NEXT@@@ between scenes.

Import prompts from CSV

Put one prompt in the first column of each row, then choose Upload CSV. Review and fix the imported rows before adding them to the queue.

prompt
"A fox, wearing a red scarf, in snow"
"A futuristic train entering a glass station"

3. Reference and character images

Add the asset once, attach it to the intended queue item, and confirm its thumbnail before Run. These features require enough panel width to expose Meta AI’s media controls.

4. Plans, pacing, and quota

Starter uses the daily allowance shown in the panel and safe pacing defaults: a 30-second base delay, random 0–30 second jitter, and a 2–3 minute pause every 10 prompts. Premium can customize delays and unlock advanced features.

5. Downloads

Keep Chrome open while downloads finish. If a file is interrupted or times out, check Chrome Downloads and retry the affected result after Meta AI has completed generation.

6. Privacy and support

Read the Meta AI Automator Privacy Policy. Meta AI Automator is an independent product and is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Frequently Asked Questions

Why does it say “No Meta AI tab found”?

Open Meta AI in Chrome, sign in, and leave that tab open. Return to the side panel and run the item again.

Why does it say the panel is too narrow?

Character and Reference Image controls cannot be used when the Meta AI panel is too narrow. Drag the panel edge to make it wider, wait for the Meta AI layout to expand, and run the prompt again.

Why did Meta AI open but the queue did not start?

The app could not confirm a signed-in Meta AI session. Finish signing in on the opened tab, allow the page to load fully, then rerun the queue.

Why did the queue stop at the image creation limit?

Meta AI has reached its own image-creation allowance. Wait for the limit to reset, then resume only the remaining queue items.

Why did generation time out?

The extension stops waiting after the generation window expires. Check whether Meta AI completed late or displayed a warning, then retry the unfinished item.

Why is a reference or character image unavailable?

First widen the panel. Then confirm the relevant media tab is visible and the thumbnail is attached to the queue item before Run.

Why was the generated image download interrupted?

Open Chrome Downloads to check for a browser block or network interruption. Keep Chrome open and retry the download after the result is fully available.

Why is Starter quota reached?

The daily account allowance shown in the panel has been used. Wait for its displayed reset time or upgrade; reinstalling does not reset account usage.
